Pre Care

Clients must be in good health before they get microblading. Those who aren't good candidates are:

  • Clients who have MRSA, diabetes, hepatitis, epilepsy, or other auto immune disorders. ​

  • Clients who take Accutane.

  • Clients on Blood thinners, Aspirin, or motrin. 

  • Clients Pregnant or nursing.

  • Clients with abnormal heart conditions please contact your dr first.

  • Clients who keloid or have trouble with scarring. 

  • Clients who have hyper pigment.

  • Clients who have an illness like cold or flu. 

  • Clients on antibiotics they have not finished.

  • Clients who have open sores, rashes on the face, burns, active cold sores, and any unhealed sores.

  • Clients must be healed from aby facelifts or facial procedures.

  • No Botox 6-8 weeks prior.

  • Clients with any recent treatment near the brows such as, chemical peels, laser or waxing. 

  • Clients should avoid any chemical exfoliants about a week prior to your appointment. 

  • No Retin-a, retinol, benzoyl peroxide, AHA, BHA, kojic acid or hydroquinone for at least 1 week prior to your appointment. 

To best ensure you heal correct and keep bleeding minimal please stop all of the following.​

  • Fish oil- 1 month in advance.

  • Krill oil- 1 month in advance.

  • Alcohol- 48 hours.

  • Motrin 24 hours.

  • Aspirin 48 hours.

  • You may take Tylenol if needed.

  • Do not wax or tint brows 5-7 days prior. 

  • No coffee the day of, this will make it hard to numb you fully and also the pigment may not take correct.

After Care

​

  • For 1 hour post appointment, blot your eyebrows with a clean tissue to remove plasma and lymph. If the oozing dries on the eyebrows, it'll create massive scabs, and the brows will then peel and flake A LOT.

  • Within a few hours post appointment, wash your new brows with a gentle soap.

  • With clean hands take a small amount of soap and water not in the shower. gently swipe your eyebrows once and rinse to get rid of any lymph. 

  • Pat dry with clean paper towel.

  • Apply pea size after care balm that was provided. Pea size should be enough for both brows not 1.

  • Do this for the next 10 days Am/PM.

  • Apply ointment during the afternoon if you have very dry skin.

  • Do not get them wet at all other than this! 

  • No hot tubs, saunas, pools, sweating ect for 14 days.

  • No direct sunlight for 2 weeks.

  • NO MAKEUP, LOTION, FACE WASH, SERUM, SHAMPOO, ETC. Can touch your new brows for 2 weeks.

  • Avoid any acne creams or anti-aging creams on your brows. 

  • DO NOT sleep on your face. 

  • Do not pick or peel scabs you will pull pigment out. 

  • Excess Alcohol can slow your healing down.

  • You may use makeup on brows 14 days after your appointment if needed.
